Shipping policy
KOLALUX SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Kolalux, operated by Kolanut Luxury (Pty) Ltd, takes particular care with the packaging and delivery of luxury and high-value goods.
South African Delivery
We currently offer delivery within South Africa at a standard rate of R150 per order.
Our standard estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after the order has been processed and prepared for dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the destination, courier operations, public holidays, security requirements or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Order Processing
Before dispatch, orders may undergo stock confirmation, payment verification, condition checks, authentication verification where applicable, and secure packaging. High-value orders may require additional verification before release.
Customers will be notified when their order has been dispatched and provided with tracking information where available.
High-Value Deliveries
Kolalux may require a signature, identity or delivery confirmation for high-value purchases. We may also contact the customer before dispatch to confirm delivery details.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information. Please contact Kolalux as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected before dispatch.
Loss or Damage in Transit
If an order arrives visibly damaged, or if you believe an item has been lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us promptly at info@kolalux.com with the order number and relevant photographs or information. We will investigate the matter with the delivery provider and assist in accordance with applicable law.
International Delivery
International online delivery is not currently available through our standard checkout. Customers outside South Africa may contact info@kolalux.com regarding a particular item. Where international delivery can be arranged, shipping costs, insurance, customs requirements, import duties and applicable taxes will be communicated before the transaction is concluded.
Returns
Returns are governed by the KOLALUX Return & Refund Policy and applicable South African law.
