To ensure a smooth authentication process, please follow the instructions below:

1. Label Your Images: Each photo must be clearly labeled according to the required photo types listed above (e.g., "Serial Number.jpg", "Zipper Head Front.jpg", etc.).

2. Select the Images You’re Submitting: Use the checkboxes below to indicate which photo types you’ve included. You must check at least one box for your submission to be reviewed.

3.Image Quality Requirements:

     3.1 Photos must be clear, well-lit, and in focus

     3.2 Avoid glare, blur, or harsh shadows.

     3.3 Ensure all details are visible, especially for logos, labels, and serial numbers

     3.4 Use a plain background where possible to avoid distractions

Submissions that do not meet the required quality may delay the process or be rejected.

Once we’ve reviewed your submission and confirmed the images are in order, a member of our team will contact you to:

1. Confirm the brand category of your item; and

2. Provide an exact quote for authentication

Authentication pricing ranges from R700 to R1,925, depending on your  item’s brand and type.

Please note: Authentication will not commence until full payment has been received.
